First few seconds cut off from video

I upgraded my Android hardware from an Amazon Fire TV Stick to an Nvidia Shield (2017). The main reason for the upgrade was more horsepower for fading effects and fixing some small stutters. The fading effects and small stutters are way better now. But with my Nvidia Shield the first few seconds of a video get cut of (3 or 4 seconds), which wasn’t a problem on the TV Stick.

That’s not a problem I’m familiar with.

The Shield runs Android TV, which is a variant of Android, and we don’t directly support it. Broadly video playback is handled by the device firmware directly.

If you’re not already running the latest version of Xibo for Android, I’d suggest upgrading to that as a first step.
