Version 3 CMS has an option in the user/preferences that allows user to change the location of the menu/navigation bar (options are on top and at the left). This is a new feature which we didn’t have before.
We would very much like to have a switch for the system administrator to enable/disable it for the user.
The goal is to make sure system is same and looks always same for all users in the world where most users are not very qualified and has hard time to use and understand the user interface.
Another reason is that most companies would like to have the same look and feel for all their users.
