Failure to Log into xibo CMS from Chrome but works with IE 11

After upgrading to 1.7.3 I can only log into xibo CMS using IE 11, where as we used to be able to use both IE and Chrome.

Any reasons for this or ways to diagnose?

Please try clearing your cache since the beginning of time in Chrome.
