Error connecting to CMS

Hi Guys Good Afternoon!

I need some help I’m trying to connect an android player to the CMS and it’s showing this error message “Method: XmdsBAse. Message: E = class javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException/Handshake failed”

Please can you confirm the version of Android running on the device, and the version of the Xibo Player App that you have installed?
