Error code 2099 for Media that doesn't exist

Player Version - Xibo for Windows v3 R308

Issue

Getting lots of faults in the CMS for a few displays. Under ‘Reported Player Faults’, error code 2099 Video Failed: Open not called after 4 seconds.
The error references a layout ID that doesn’t exist, and also Media that doesn’t exist (the ID numbers are too high, they’ve never existed either).

Any ideas?!
