Error 406 Not Acceptable when adding linux player

Hi,
i tried to add one xibo Linux player using Ubuntu 18.04.5 LTS (Bionic Beaver) but when adding server in the player setting i got error 406 Not Acceptable

the CMS is hosted in Bluehost and all other players win , webos , android is working fine
