Because it’s not possible to add enclosure images into a rss feed, I used Yahoo Pipes to fix this problem. But they stopped this service.
I’d like to attache the images into the description for the next rss feeds:

http://www.omropfryslan.nl/rss

Regarding the quality of images, that depends on quality of images added to the feed, xibo can’t do anything if the images in feed are poor quality.
Regarding alternatives to Yahoo Pipes, I am sure there are other similar solutions.
