en_GB vs (missing) en/en_US localization option

Issue

It appears that when localization for en_GB was updated, it removed the en or en_US distinction, which appears to impact first day of week, which I need to be Sunday for a particular customer.

Is there another location to adjust calendaring first day of week or does en_us localization need to become a new feature request?
