Embedded Skynews Youtube not playing

I have setup an embedded region for Sky News to be embedded in to via there feed on YouTube. On the client the feed starts to play then stops after 10 seconds with the error ‘an error occurred, please try again later’. If I open the same feed in an webpage on the client the feed works fine.
Any help would be gratefully received.

Both are working for me (for more than 15min now.
What duration did you set for this item? Do you have anything else in the same region?

Also please make sure that you have IE11 installed and the right setting in registry regarding browser emulation with xibo player, details: Enabling HTML5 in the Windows .net Player

I have added the reg key and it has made no difference, it starts to play then stops

Does anyone know if it is possible to mute the sound of a youtube video?

Seem to be having the same issue myself, works fine in browser, but Xibo player will plau for 10 secs, then give me error and wont play. I’ve got ie 11 installed and the correct reg key added I think.

Any further ideas?

Problem solved, for some reason YouTube needs sound plugged in!

is this for IE 11 as I cant find a plugin for that?

Yes the issue was part of IE, however was embedded into Xibo.
