Email verification


I am trying to register in order to pay for an android version of xibo. I have created an account but I don’t get the email for activating the account.


Could you please create a new support ticket or email support

We will try to sort out your problems for you - preferably email with the same email address as the one you registered in our Customer Portal if not please do let us know which email address you have entered during registration.

it’s ok now
but there is another issue. The same website is working perfectly when we open it on the default android browser but with xibo for android the touch is very slow to almost unresponsive.

it responses to double click!!
