Issue
I only receive a mail with the offline message after the configured timeout, but no online mails anymore.
Is that a change or is there an error?

Has nobody an idea why I only receive the offline mail and not the “display is online again” message?
There is also nothing in the logs.

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. We have identified that this behavior is indeed a bug in the current CMS version. It seems that only the offline notifications are being sent, and the online notifications are missing.

Users only receive email notifications when a display goes offline (occasionally… ), but not when it comes back online. This issue persists with the following configurations:
Steps to Reproduce:
#### Check Display Settings:
- Go to a display's settings.
- Ensure `Email Alerts` is set to `Yes` on the Maintenance tab.
#### Review Max Display Timeout:
- In Settings -> Maintenance, set the `Max Display Timeout` value to 5 minutes.
#### Set up User's notifications:
- Navigate to Users -> Edit -> Notifications tab and enable the Notifications feature set for `Receive Display Notifications?`
- Navigate to User Groups -> Edit -> Notifications tab and enable the Notifications feature set for `Receive Display Notifications?`
- Add the user to the User group.
#### Confirm Admin Email Settings:
Confirm that the Admin email address and Sending email address are correctly set up in Settings -> Network.
Expected Behaviour:
Emails should be received both when a display goes offline and when it comes back online.
Actual Behaviour:
Only offline emails are received (sporadically); no online email is received.
Troubleshooting:
- Confirmed email alerts are enabled in both global and display settings.
- logs checked with no errors.
- Spam folder verified.
- Ensured Maintenance task is running correctly.
