DS Devices Ghosting Marquee

Our layouts contain marquee text but intermittently the DSDevices DSC9x ghost the previous layout on top of the latest (imagine two pages of text sliding past each other). It doesn’t affect all devices at once and it’s not one particular device. I’ve tried updating the devices apk twice and each time it hasn’t fixed it. I have 12 devices in total.

I’m 80% its the device because it is resolved by unplugging and replugging the device.

Any ideas?
(I’m usuing cms docker 3.2 and android revision 3.07)

Hi, could you open a ticket with our helpdesk so that they can look into this for you.

When you create the ticket could I ask that you include the following:

• An export of the Layout that demonstrates the issue

• A video capturing the behaviour i(f possible)

I have exactly the same problem, but without the use of marquee.
ALso our solution was empty cache within Xibo portal and than reboot the device.

Could you tell me if this case has been solved @natasha ? Would really like to know if this will help us.

Our helpdesk are happy to take a look at this to see if there are any possible issues so as I mentioned above to the op please open a ticket

I have found out that our problems is a faulty/corrupted mp4.
