Dissapearing Global Elements - Clean install - CMS 4.0.2 / Docker / Windows Player v4 R400

In updating a layout which contains a video-player, a clock, and a few shapes from Global Elements, the shapes will disappear after I move or resize the video-widget. “Collect Now” and “Purge All”, and a Xibo-player reboot does not correct this. However, if I move one of the Global Elements and republish, the shapes will reappear, as if only deltas are checked.

Test layout as displayed:

All shapes reappear:

I had the same results after adjusting the clock-widget.
