Problem with conntent after updating server. Red displays, no uplouds

Hello. We have been using Xibo for almost two years. There were no problems at that time. But with the server R4 ~4.2.2 update and I think one earlier one, we have some problems. All displays, even those that are turned on, are on a red background. No one is green like in previous versions. I found a topic with a similar problem, but I think the solution doesn’t work for us.
