Display visible in Xibo but not downloading content

Hi,
I have a display that is visible in Xibo but not downloading any content. Is anyone able to give any advice based on the screenshot of the log?

Hi jwc_007,

There are a few potential causes for this behaviour but your screenshot doesn’t provide enough information. Please can you check the following possible causes:

  • Is the time, date and time zone set correctly on the display?

  • If you are using http instead of https, please make sure you do not have Force HTTPS set in your CMS. You will find this in the Display Settings page, then click the button at the end of the webOS profile and choose Edit. The option will be on the General tab:

  • Your display is returning errors suggesting the layouts may be invalid. Please go to the Layouts page in your CMS and make sure the layouts are published and have a tick in the Valid column.

  • Are you running the latest firmware for your display? You can check on this page.

  • If you scroll up further in your screenshot, what does it say under the Licensed entry? If it says false then this would also explain the issue.

If the issue persists after checking all of these suggestions, please open a ticket on the Xibo help desk and we can troubleshoot this further. If you decide to do that, please include a new status screenshot but showing all of the logs on that page.
