But how can I find this module ?

The manual page you’ve linked is regarding 1.8 Xibo series, where there is a PDF module.
In 1.7 series there is no dedicated pdf module, you can either save them as images and use image module or use embed html with an iframe in which src would point to fully qualified path of the pdf file or link to google docs like here Xibo and PDF file display acrobat reader?
