Hello, I ordered a DSCS9 on the XIBO website to start experimenting for a first time with XIBO. We installed the CMS on our own web hosting. CMS version is 3.0.2. Status of the display is shown in the screenshots attached here. I get some errors when trying to display a scheduled layout. As a consequence the display stays on the splash screen. What am I doing wrong here?
First of all, looks like the layout is not complete or contains some error in it.
Second guess: you have used layout 14 as an default layout and you scheduled it?
I would recommend to create a layout like, maintenance with call this support number if you see this screen. If a layout is invalid or broken, your display will always fallback to your default layout.
