Display is out of date but has not yet checked in with the server???
Assuming that device has reliable internet connection, it will attempt to reach the CMS each collection interval.
When it does that, then it will check if there is anything new to download (and since it has this status, there is something new) and attempt to download it, after that’s done it should go back to checkmark on status column (up to date).
If there are connection problems, or other issues (with storage, download, display content) then the status could persists (because device won’t be up to date).
If it persists, please show us a screenshot of status window on your device.
Assuming there are no issues with storage/downloading content on the client that’s a good thing.
It should download everything it needs to and then the status should change to tick(checkmark).
