Hello, my current setup is CMS 4.4 on Windows Server 2022 configured with XRM to communicate with player.
The issue is that, when I configure the options of the player, I have the confirmation “Display is Registered and awaiting Authorisation from an Administrator in the CMS”.
Indeed I see the display in the main dashboard waiting for approval but when I click on Display section, the list is empty. No filters active…no other subfolders…cache cleaned many times and tried to restart IIS as well.
Strange. Any relevant entries in the error log? Also, can you confirm the user has permission to view that display and does the issue still happen in a different browser?
Yes I already tried different browsers also in different modes (incognito or guest) but same result.
I just found I have the same issue on other sections as well…for example I cannot see the list of the users in CMS…and obivously at least the Administrator (the one I’m using) should be listed.
