Disappearing regions

I have just installed the Xibo 1.7.8 CMS as well as the latest Windows client. We are doing a POC for a customer.

Everything seems to work, but sometimes some of the regions disappear and a white box appears instead.

Xibo clients are running Windows 10, and the error is not persistent. To resolve it i clear the Xibo folder on the clients and restart it.

Sometimes the client stall’s and shows only white boxes where my regions are.

Anybody seen these issues and resolved them?

hmm can you install IE11 (if you haven’t already) and then make this registry change (browser emulation) Enabling HTML5 in the Windows .net Player

also please make sure you have fully qualified path to the CMS library in CMS settings - Library location section of this post Xibo CMS Post-Installation Setup Guide

If the problem will persist after above is done correctly, could you please show us a screenshot of status window on your player?
