Default - Default Layout

Sorry if this has been asked before, I could not find reference to this.

I would like to set a Default, Default Layout. When new clients are added, I want to automatically set the default layout to one of my choosing, instead of needing to set it each time a client is added. Is this currently possible? If not, can this be added to the features request?
