i have this error, when i click on Layouts on my Xibo Installation 2.3.8. Does anyone know the solution to this Problem?
I have installed on Windows Server 2016 with IIS, not Docker!
Update: Found this elsewhere in the forum:

thank you, this was the Problem. Query string was not on 9000
