Dataset does not show properly on displays

Hi,

I have a dataset of agenda items for a briefing centre that I maintain day-to-day.

For my “Dataset” layout, I have a background image and then I have one region with the dataset in that region. When I “preview layout” it shows up fine but when I actually schedule the layout, it shows up not sized properly on the display i.e. its zoomed in, chunks are cut off

I’m running 1.6.4. Thanks in advance.

I’d try upgrading to 1.7.2 (assuming you’re able to upgrade your clients too) then upgrade your layout with the datasets on to the new format.

You’ll then have to rescale the dataset view but it should then display on the Player the same as it does on the preview.

Failing that, if you stick with 1.6.4, then you’ll have to adjust the size of the datasetview on a trial and error basis until it looks right on your Player.
