Using 1.8.9 CMS / API.
When deleting a Dataset Row via API, there is no success/fail response from the API, just a status of ‘204 No Content’ regardless of whether a row data is deleted or not.
Can I suggest that the API return a success or fail message?
You can add ?envelope=1 to your api call it will show more details then.
That being said, I don’t think we currently cover the case when provided rowId does not exist, as such I will create an issue for it and commit a fix - as clearly we should report unsuccessful operation in this case.
