Community Introduction

The Xibo Community plays a vital role with the ongoing development and success of the Xibo project and provides a place to discuss all things Xibo. Use the categories to suggest new and improved features, keep up to date with our announcements, provide vital feedback and share your knowledge and experiences to assist others with their Xibo journey!

We would like to encourage community members to help with support issues and troubleshooting where they possibly can. Our support agents will frequently monitor topics within the help categories and provide a response when they are able to. We cannot guarantee to answer every question posted, but we do make every effort to respond!

Please be aware that at busy periods our support team may take longer to respond to topics that cannot be assisted by community members.

If you need guaranteed support you could opt for one of our Enterprise Support contracts which will give you a Service Level Agreement and includes CMS instances as well as Player support:
