I am having the same issues but for a different reason.
From my understanding it should be as easy as modifying the config.env which should be located in the same location as the docker-compose.yml file.
You want to look for the section of the config.yml file that looks like this:
` ## Sometimes you want Xibo to run in a sub directory of the webserver rather than at the root. If so, specify it here. Comment it out to use the web root.
` # CMS_ALIAS=/xibo
