Cms-db keeps restarting

Hi,

Docker crashed on the Windows computer running Xibo and I had to reinstall it. When I shared the C: drive where Xibo is located, cms-db keeps restarting when I run:

docker-compose stop
docker-compose start

Not sure where the issues is.
