Change Webpage language in CEF

Issue

Hello,

Xibo player in Windows 10 show wepage in English with US format date(MM/DD/YYYY). CMS and computer are in French.

When I modify the parameter “FallbackToInternetExplorer” form false to true : its OK, the webpage show in french with the correct format date (DD/MM/YYYY)
