Hi, I’m using a self-hosted version of Xibo (3.0.3) and I’m an avid Canva user.
But when I try to connect Canva to Xibo I get the same error despite providing the URL to XIbo.
“We have tried that address, but something is not right. Address not reachable”
Any one else with the same problem or a fix?

Hi Henrik, Canva needs to be able to connect directly to the CMS, which needs to be available from the public internet and must have HTTPS enabled. If your CMS is on a private network or only available via HTTP then I am afraid it is not suitable.

That’s the strange thing. It’s publicly avaible and is running on HTTPS…
The only thing I can think of is that their might be a problem with my subdomains and the adress in itself.
The login adress looks like this:
https://info.domainname.nu/xibo/web/index.php/login
And the players are connecting to:
web should not be in the URL that you use to access the CMS so we would recommend correctly installing the CMS, reconfiguring the Players for the new corrected URL path and then try Canva again
