Hello
trying to connect to Canva but I get this error:
Ooops, looks like you are lost
Don’t panic, it’s all going to be fine! Please start again from the Canva Dashboard.
I did tried to register the Canva app in the CMS (with client id etc…) nut nothing changed.
Any suggestion ?

Hi and welcome to the community.
Please see this post regarding Canva:
Canva have announced this week that they will not allow new users to install any applications until those applications have updated their authentication system to follow new requirements. There was no notice of this work, and so Xibo will schedule in the code changes on our side and get them done as soon as possible.
Apps which were already installed prior to 18th October will continue to function as normal.
Once this work has been completed we will update this thread.

We’ve now made the changes requested by Canva and in my testing at least I don’t get that error message anymore.
Canva will need to review our changes and approve the app before it can be discovered by new users - but existing users should be able to use it straight away.
