Can’t play file video .mp4 on android player. That video have sound but display video is black screen. That mean video is play but display show nothing. how to resolve it?
Most likely is your device cannot playback video from it’s internal storage.
From the Player settings menu, ensure “Use Public Storage” is selected and then from the list of storage locations use the first option which is normally your device’s emulated SD card.
The Player will then download the content from your CMS again and should play back the video if it has the codecs to allow it to do so.
