Can't get it displayed right on the TV

What am i using:

• Samsung QMB55B tv screen;

• DSC95 kit

What I want to do:

Display my presentation in portrait format

What did I do:

Set layout to 4K UHD Portrait

Set display settings to portrait

Set player and tv to portrait

But now my presentation keeps on showing up like this:

Anybody has an idea how to fix it?

you should fix 1 of those devices to portrait. So it is either put your Samsung to portrait or your DSC95 player.

Than your layout also be in portrait resolution.

Not sure which way it was, but you have to play around. My advise is to put your player in portrait mode via display settings and you should be done.

Why are you using the Android DSCS player… when your Samsung screen model is compatible with Xibo? Tizen list of supported monitors | Xibo Digital Signage
You just need to connect your screen and have a Tizen licence.
