What does that translate to please? You can force the CMS in to English if that’s easier from the CMS settings.
I suspect it’s a generic application error message, in which case, it looks like you may be on shared hosting of some kind? If so, they normally lock down PHP’s ability to run shell commands as is needed to create a database backup.
You’ll need to use a tool such as MyPHPAdmin or similar to do the job instead.
