Can't create Folders

Ubuntu 22.04

Issue

Created a new user with “Enabled Folder Feature”.
User can create folders but they don’t stay, when you refresh the screen they disappear. If you look at folders logged in as admin you can see the folders created but they are just named “New Folder”.
