Hello I’m starting now with the Xibo, deploying a client, but I’m dificudades to add layouts in the campaigns they are not updated on the clients.
Could you please clarify what exactly you did and where is the problem?
Campaigns are basically used to group layouts.
If you schedule your campaign or single layout on your device then what happens, do you see any errors? Is it valid layout?
Or are you talking about changing/updating layouts that’s currently displayed on your device?
In which case the collection interval (can be adjusted in display settings-> edit display profile) and durations of your regions are the most important factors.
