Calendar widget doesn't return data from ICS link

I’ve publicly shared an O365 calendar and have an accessible .ics link, but when I enter the URL into the ‘Feed URL’ of the Calendar widget, it shows ‘Unexpected Error, please contact support’ when I try to play layout view.

CMS version: 2.3.7
