BUG - Can't change "Update Interval Images (mins)" - TICKER (RSS Feed Module Configuration) - CMS V3

Issue

When tried to change “Update Interval Images (mins)” at the TICKER module configuration, the error below throws up:

I’ve tried in CMS V 3.0.1 and 3.0.3, and both throws the same error!
