There appears to be a bug in 1.8.11 (using docker) where once an image file is selected in a dataset row, it cannot be removed.
The only choice is to select another image, it won’t let you select ‘blank’.

That does seem like an oversight on our part, thank you for bringing this to our attention.

We will do something like that:
after which it will default to a placeholder text instead of one of the images (ie allowing you to save the row without any image if required)
It will be implemented in 1.8.12.

Thanks for this. Is there any way I might be able to patch this myself?
It’s a production setup and a frequently used feature, so would prefer to resolve ASAP if possible.
