Black screen with Spring Signage logo

Total newbie here and i need help. I have an Android player with Xibo which has worked fine for over a year. But recently a black screen with Spring signage logo is only visible. I have tried to delete the layout and create new one and it works for half a day then back to black. It lead me to believe it was a license issue, but license seem fine and i see no errors in dashboard of Xibo.

Any obvious im missing?

Please provide a screenshot of the Status screen from the Android Player. You can do this by clicking on the screen while the Xibo app is running and choosing Status from the Action Bar at the top of the screen.

I have the same problem, and I try to go to the status bar and it does not appear. Only the black screen with the xibo logo is visible

Thank you for your message. When you click on the screen while the Xibo Player is running, do any options appear at the top of the screen? If not, please confirm:

  • What version of the Xibo Player you are using.
  • What the make and model of the device you are running it on is.
