We have a screen (webOS). Every day it goes in sleep mode at the end of the day. In the morning it wakes again. When the screen wakes it run Xibo, but only showing a black screen.
When we switch to another app, and back to Xibo all works fine again, untill the next day.
We have 1 layout assigned to the screen, showing webdata.

Thank you for your message and sorry to hear about your issue. Please can you create a ticket on the help desk and put it for my attention?
When you open the ticket, please can you include the following information:
- The player version you are using. If you are unsure, please provide a screenshot of the status logs from that display. This guide explains how to do that.
- The full model number of your LG display.
- The firmware version installed on that display. If you do not know how to locate that information that is ok as it will be on the status logs I mentioned in the first point.
This is an update on this post confirming that the issue has been resolved. The solution was a combination of updating the firmware on the display and also making sure that the
Quickstart+setting was switched off. You can locate the Quickstart option in the Settings menu, under General, then choose Power. It has been seen that on occasion that setting can cause the player application to launch before the OS has finished booting, which causes the black screen.
