Bad resolution when tv reboot

Bad resolution on NEC tv reboot

Hi,

We are using NEC c431 (Full HD) screens with thin clients (Windows 11).
The thin client is always running.
The NEC C431 has a schedule (standby → 7am “on” → 6pm “standby”)

We have the issue at random.
When the NEC tv goes on and the Xibo is also on a part of the screen is visible (bad resolution in Xibo) . (The windows is fully visible).
In the Xibo central we see this resolutions: 1297x737, 1920x1080, 1280x720 …

When we reboot the thin client (windows) while the screen is on. The Xibo resolution is OK
The Xibo clients are at the latest version…

Any idea what we can do?

Since it is Windows client you can maybe create reboot task with Task Scheduler every day at 7:00 am. As for the other suggestions, if you share type of the player hardware you are using maybe that can help people better understand what is going on.
