Auto Add Content to CMS

How would it be possible for someone to upload a video or image through a wordpress website and it upload to the CMS and add to a layout ?

Wordpress > Upload Image > Xibo CMS > Content Added to Layout > Layout scheduled through Campaign

That is what I am trying to fiqure out if at all possible.
