Antivirus / Endpoint Protection?

Hi folks,
Scenario: Intel Compute Stick, Windows 10 Home, placed at a convenience store. The unit is physically hidden so I am not concerned about physical access. The unit could be connected either to the store’s Wi-Fi network, or to a cellular modem, depending on the customer’s preference. We primarily use the DSDevices DSCS9 units, but we do have a few of these Windows devices as well.

I’m curious if anyone has installed antivirus / endpoint protection on your Windows-based players? My gut reaction is that I don’t need to, but then I started thinking that perhaps I should. What sayeth the community? And what is the logic behind your recommendation.

Hi, running few windows 10Pro players with Microsoft Defender without any problems; IT works fine.
