Android Player Software not updating from CMS

Hey folks,

A question: I have downloaded the Android 211 client, put it in the CMS (v2.3.6 on Linux, not Docker) and linked that version in the display profile for android. For some reason however, my 2 players are not updating to 211.

  • What can I check to see what goes wrong?
  • Am I missing some prerequisites for this?

Players both run on a MINIX NEO U9-H+NEO A3 on Android 7.1.

Any tips and tricks are greatly appreciated.

Is your android rooted?
Did you check update and upgrade windows on display profile?

I have not actively rooted them. Is that a requirement?
