Android DSCS9 resolution

Hi,

I’m new in the community and I already a problem ^^

I buy DSCS9 and receive it today, but first problem is the resolution when i try to display web page. In statut, the player say : 1920 x 1080p. My web page is 1920x1080 and my layout is 1920 x 1080. But I havent all the page displayed

I try to put 0,0,1920,1080 in the screen size but nothing

Anyone can help me?

Hi Xeniluom! Welcome to the Xibo Community

Have you checked the resolution settings of the Screen you’ve connected to the DSCS9?

If this looks correct could you please send screenshots of :

• the player Status screen (https://xibo.org.uk/docs/setup/getting-the-player-status)
• your CMS setting under Display settings.> edit> location for the Display profile used with this DSCS9
• the Layout resolution settings

Hello, the problem still present, somebody have an idea?
It’s one of the last tests that blocks us in the choice of the player.

Somebody have an other reference of player I can test?
Maybe DSCS9 is not the best player

Hi Xeni,

You should check the settings of the DSC9. I had the same problem but you can change the Display resolution “size” or something.

I can’t do nothing for this
I am very disappointed, I thought that it was necessary to put the means to not have surprise but obviously it is not the case …

always the same problem, but i’ve got another question:

The version of android is : R108, but i run xibo CMS V2. Can i change the version of xibo for android R202 with DSCS9 player?
