Android client stop communicating with server after updating SSL Certificate

All my Android clients stopped communicating with my Xibo’s server after I renewed our SSL Certificate. Currently all my clients are showing the following message: “javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: java.security.cert.CertPathValidatorException: Trust anchor for certification path not found”.

Can somebody let me know if you had this problem in the past and how did you fixed it

Maybe you should import your new client certificate to your android devices.

I dont know if that can be done without any manual settings but i know that android devices are kinda annoying with the ssl certificate.

Can you check with e.g. SSL Certificate Checker - Diagnostic Tool | DigiCert.com for errors and have you bought the certificate from a trusted authority/ LetsEncrypt?
