Android based TV - Storage not available

Hey guys,

Trying out Xibo for some digital signage around the school I work at and we have bought some Soniq Smart TVs based on android 4.
Ive installed the app and pointed it at the CMS with the key and all I get is a black screen with the logo in the corner and the logs say "Storage not Available, even though there is internal storage, USB and an SD card in the TV.
Any ideas on how to get around this?

In the settings, tick the “Use Public Storage” box and then select the SD card from the list of locations.

Is this on the TV or in the display settings on the admin console?
