Not sure why, but it looks rather strange that running a device with Android 8.1, any image fails of being displayed, having at the same time on another device an Android 6 client software version running perfectly, and both have the same layout design and contents (running the same campaign).
Having a quick look over the log files I found>
setImage,POST,“Exception setting image: Bitmap was not ready when we came to set it”,device-1,ERROR
Can anyone help me out if this issue can be fixed from Xibo? So far I guess it comes from the Android version, which not sure I can fix. Instead, we can perhaps do something to bypass the error or at least sort the problem out someway.
Any guess?
