Allow user (not super admin) to add player to specific folder

Hi,

On Xibo 4, is it still not possible to allow a user which is not super admin to add an Android player to the CMS to a specific folder and not the root folder?

Right now, if a user add a player it is being put in the root folder.

The target is to allow users to add their own players without intervention of a super admin.

Hi @Micke_Salloum , you can set the Default Folder for new displays in the ‘Displays’ tab on the ‘Settings’ page of the CMS:

Thanks for your reply. I am aware of this setting, but unfortunately it does not help me achieve the following

The target is to allow users to add their own players without intervention of a super admin.

If i change the default folder for new displays then i must share this specific folder with all users i want to allow to add displays by themselves.

A question, why is it difficult to allow the user to add the new display to their home folder?
