Ajax error when accessing media section

Any Idea on the Ajax error when trying to access the media section , i have custom install on windows 2016 on http://localhost

all features work only the media section which i have issue with , also i set up max query string to the recommended value

the CMS version is 2.3.8

These errors are caused by IIS. There’s a setting you need to change which is covered in the community contributed guides. I’m sorry I don’t recall which it was. Following the guide does work however.

got it to work max query string should be 9000
